Terms & Conditions
PHONES & MORE – REPAIR POLICY
Phones & More is an independent repair service provider. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any original equipment manufacturer (OEM), including but not limited to Apple, Samsung, Google, Nokia, or any other brand.
By choosing our services, customers acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Manufacturer Warranty Disclaimer
Repairs performed by Phones & More may void your device’s manufacturer warranty. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and understand the terms of their original warranty prior to proceeding with any third-party repair.
2. Repair Guarantee
We offer a 60-day limited warranty on all repairs. This warranty:

Covers defects in parts installed or labor performed.

Does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, software issues, or issues caused by misuse, tampering, or third-party intervention after the repair.

Warranty claims require the original receipt and an inspection by our technicians.
3. Replacement Parts
Unless otherwise specified, we use high-quality aftermarket (non-OEM) parts in our repairs. OEM (original manufacturer) parts are not guaranteed unless requested and confirmed in writing. Availability and cost of OEM parts may vary.
4. Data & Privacy
While rare, data loss may occur during repairs due to the nature of electronic devices. Customers are advised to back up all data prior to service.
Phones & More is not responsible for any data, media, or files lost during the repair process. We do not access personal data unless necessary and only with customer consent.
5. Device Condition & Pre-Existing Issues
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, including damage, wear and tear, or issues discovered during service. In some cases, disassembly or repair may expose or worsen existing problems, especially in water-damaged or previously repaired devices. We are not liable for failures unrelated to the repair performed.
6. Diagnostics & Labor Fees
A diagnostic fee or labor charge may apply, even if:

The device is not repairable,

The customer declines the repair after diagnosis,

The repair is unsuccessful due to underlying or unrepairable issues.
Fees will be discussed and agreed upon prior to service.
7. Turnaround Time
We aim to complete most repairs within 1–72 hours, depending on the complexity of the issue and parts availability. However, turnaround times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

Backordered or special-order parts /Unforeseen complications during repair /Additional diagnostic needs
8. Limited Liability
Phones & More 's liability is strictly limited to the cost of the repair or replacement of the parts installed. We are not liable for any indirect damages, loss of income, data, or productivity resulting from a device malfunction or delay.
9. Abandonment Policy
Devices not picked up within 10 days of repair completion or diagnosis will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to:

Dispose of the device responsibly

Recycle or resell it to recover costs
Efforts will be made to contact the customer using the contact information provided.
10. Return Policy (Accessories & Devices)

All sales of accessories and retail items are final. No returns are accepted.
11. Device Pickup and Inspection
The customer is responsible for thoroughly inspecting and testing the repaired device before leaving the store. By taking possession of the device and leaving the premises, the customer accepts the repair as complete and satisfactory. Phones & More is not responsible for any damage, cosmetic or functional, discovered after the device has left the store.

By leaving a device with Phones & More, the customer acknowledges that they:
